Liberty Home Guard is a COMPLETE SCAM. It has been the WORST experience I've ever had. They do not cover anything but minor parts. They will NEVER actually replace an appliance that needs replacement. They will only offer you less than 2% of the purchase price. Customer has to pay for the entire replacement. Then they won't let you close your account without trying to charge you fees and penalties. Every interaction with this company is a money grab. Acct Managers are Crooks and Clowns!

Last year, before moving to Texas into our dream home, I did my research on Home Warranty companies and found that Liberty Home Guard (LHG) was by far the best for my area. I've only had to submit a claim once, but I submitted the claim through the app, and the process was easy. An LHG contractor was provided that same day! I could go on the app and communicate which stage of the process I was in from when the contractor arrived, when they were complete, and so on. The LHG app was wonderful!

The app is easy to navigate, making it a breeze to manage repairs, submit claims, and reach customer service. They’re quick to respond and resolve any issues efficiently.
