Connected Service and features depends on compatibility AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent functionality and present operation of connected features. Connected service excludes Wi-Fi hotspot.

(4) Vehicle Health Alerts require SYNC 3 version 2.0 or higher and a data connection via a mobile device or Lincoln Connect.™ See SYNC interface, a dealer or a Ford Guide for more information. Aftermarket on-board diagnostic devices may interfere with various vehicle systems, including Vehicle Health Report and 911 Assist.® To avoid interference, remove the device or contact the device maker for more information on compatibility.

(5) Complimentary Lincoln Pickup & Delivery Service is available for all 2017 model-year and newer Lincoln vehicles with the 4-year/50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Owners of 2016 and prior model-year vehicles and other vehicles not covered by the new vehicle limited Warranty may contact their preferred dealer for related cost and other important details. Mileage limitations may apply.

Ford Roadside Assistance is a complimentary offering to all Ford owners for up to 5 years or 60,000 miles (from the date of sale), whichever comes first.

Ratings and reviews

Was great, now? Useless. I can't remotely start my car as the app says it's already running. It says the car is in a different city and not in front of me. Can't unlock it with the app, etc. This mirrors the issues I've been having with the car itself such as the fact it cannot remember my phone! (Any phone actually) and will only connect to a phone via usb.

Lincoln and Ford did a great job creating this app to allow it's customer to have unlimited access to their vehicles controls for free! Many auto makers make you pay an annual subscription, which makes this app an automatic 5 stars with me. Additionally, I've never had any issues remote starting or locking/unlocking the doors. The app showing my Navigators location is always accurate and helpful when you need to monitor where it is and how much fuel and miles are on it. Thank you Lincoln!

Very limited features. I just came from a Genesis and the app had way more features and functionality compared to this one. For starters, there should be an option to create different remote starts with different settings enabled. Allow us to set the temp, seat heater, defroster, and heated steering wheel. Allow us to create and save some of these set ups and use them based on the weather. Show more details in regards to the current vehicle state, windows, if they are open or closed, and more
