This app is very flawed. Especially the Trivia chat feature, it resets a lot while even though I was still waiting on the process with the CS agent, then all chats disappeared. And as for survey, I clicked on it but only closed the app, and nothing, didn't show any survey. Got notified that the app has a bug instead. Got a cashback offer, but I received none after I bought data package. That was the problem that I was trying to asked, but this app is annoying and I haven't solved anything.

Too many ads. Upon opening the app, there's this ads that takes up the whole screen and cannot be skipped. Then when you click on the menu 'Package', there is another ads. Not to mention ads that pop up even without clicking on any menu. This is so annoying.

Apps with ton of pop up inside. Can not go to the content easily. But this is the only app they had to find available voucher. Today I'm stuck on the first pop up and can not go in. It won't move
