Ratings and reviews

It's a pretty good exchange, it's easy to buy and sell crypto and they've gotten much better with withdrawals to TWD. I would say the rates/fees are around average, could be better but not bad. 4 stars, because it's got a CCC security score which could be improved. No proof of funds, which is a bit worrying.

If you are a foreigner in Taiwan don't apply. They will just waste your time. They say you may apply with your ARC. You can even see it in one of their replies in the App store below but then in their emails they say only Taiwanese National ID is acceptable . Then when you point it out to them they stop communicating with you. They even use the abbreviation ARC in the App! Why then not accept it?

Sorry but the registration process is a pain. They have a list of countries that are not allowed because of terrorism and other shady stuff so your account will get frozen when you try to submit documents for verification. Can we prevent people from completing initial registration if their country of origin is on the blacklist? That will save a lot of time. And the account deactivation is also not joyful. I need to print, and take a selfie with the form again.
