My car ran out of battery on a Sunday night at the basement parking level of a shopping complex. Where my insurance hotline failed to provide service, this app helped me out of my car woes. Within one hour of installing the app and lodging a report, an assigned technician arrived, changed the battery and I was able to start my car again. Extra points for the multiple mode of payment option (I used a credit card). Every step of the process was hassle-free and given off a very positive vibe. Definitely would recommend it.

App is great, just like their service! Very proud to have such a platform and service in Malaysia. Keep up the good work! 🇲🇾 Only thing I would recommend is having a "History" section for all requests made, as it will help users to better keep track of requests they've made in the past. Should not be too difficult to implement, seeing as you already require a login account to be made.

Fantastic and prompt service, even though it is MCO time. My old battery already weak and only left to 6%. Carput had contacted me immediately, once i had requested to change to a new battery. The technician also updated me when is the arrival time. The price also affordable too. The battery changing process took around 15mins and payment very convenient done using ewallet.
