This was a great app at the start. I took a break from poker, and coming back, I tried repurchasing pro to practice. But not only did the purchase and resubscribe options fail over ten times. I emailed support and max silver separately and got no response. It looks like they closed up shop, unfortunately.

I bought a pri subscription but now I can't get it back. Reverted to non pro. I tried but can't buy a pro subscription now. Keeps saying declined. I even bought Google pay card and doesn't work. There's no support number or email to help with this either. UPDATE..email you? And shoe you what? That the payment is declined and you can only use the trial version? What's hard to understand about that? Have you ever tried using the software?

Purchased pro back in Feb of 2016, everything worked great. Update was pushed earlier this year and previous users were supposed to be able to restore purchase in the app but I have repeatedly tried and its not working. I have made many attempts to contact SnapShove about the issue via Twitter, Facebook and Support Email on the website. Its been over 6 weeks and I can't even get a response. Looking around I see other people having issue that are similar with no way to contact support.
