The app can't keep track of the correct months, and for net metering (with solar panels) customers there is no support in the app.

Seems like EP electric always cheaps out on IT services. Website is dreadful, app is probably even worse. I have been trying to set up automatic payments for over a year now and still cannot complete any form without either nothing happening, or getting some kind of error or the application crashing. If you want to hire a competent IT company, visit guavalabs.io and get your IT situation under control.
