my child opened her account on microwards expecting her 700+ points in it. But when I opened the app I saw everything on 0 and it made my daughter concerned. I tried uninstalling the app and install it again but it's still the same. I even tried to contact the Microsoft help assistant (AI) for help but they didn't know. I tried everything, please fix this!

I'm not sure if this happened to anyone else, but I got this app yesterday from when I'm writing this, and at nearly 5am, my cash app was trying to be charged for 4 dollars from 3 separate "company's" with 2 of them being variations of the official company, Microsoft. One of them had the exact same name but didn't have the icon. I have a good feeling this app and its creator has something to do with my situation. Be careful, yall. I could write a lot more, but there's a word limit.

It's a con. Doesn't let you complete the challenges, just freezes half way through them. Doesn't let you complete consecutive logins just says 0days . Log in every day and it won't register any of them. Sounds good but wouldn't waste your time. But is the only way to spend your points
