Station Facilities: All our station’s design in similar with three levels namely street, concourse and platform and four arms (gates) A, B, C, D. Not working the main menu all menu is showing empty I had to reprint the ticket at the ticket counter in madhapur to exit after entry at secunderabad east through the app I Correct myself of the above now the App is working Good and also Thank you Metro for announcing the Mobile phone loud music to be played on Earphones only earphones🎧, as suggested earlier, as this is done in Delhi Metro Thank you once again

Optimize the app. Very bad loading speed. Give a filter in travel history via card, as all days are messed up. Also, real-time updation of balance and recharge of the card should be improved.

For recharge of Card, after the payment is done there is no feedback of where the money went. If it got eaten up or went to necklace road for a walk. Please show something so that we can understand what happened. We are not sure if recharge is successful or not. Atleast show the ETA for the recharge to show up on on card balance
