easy to use with many options. But it need to have the policy for cancellations. Not for last minutes cancellation. I booked four days advance and itinery changed. I cannot cancelled the ticked and get no refund. When we buy at outside, we can cancel easily. My suggestion to have flexible cancellation policy to attracts more users.

Hi team, Print your ticket feature don't work well on select departure date, by fixing this bugs quickly may improve UX.
