App does not work consistently. I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to open the app. The app also has bugs as it does not allow me to scroll to the bottom, and I can't see the info at the bottom as it doesnt scroll past the options. It gives great detail of your account info and the transactions, but those above issues are very annoying.

can't use my card to shop online. i tried to enable this option and there is NO "approve" button/option after choosing to enable 'overseas online shopping'

App is always crashing. I had to uninstall and reinstall it several times 21st September 2025, App crashed last week, I uninstalled it Friday and installed the same day, it worked. Today Sunday, 21st September 2025, App crashed again, as usual, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Access granted, but now, all my info about my account is gone. Zero dollars and zero cents. I need good consistency, this uninstalling of the app so frequently is not for me. Do better .
