The app has been working perfectly for me for years, and now the font is too big, and I can't even delete items. My phone stays on the smaller front size, and the app will not fix it. Tried uninstalling ingredients and reinstalling them, and it has not worked. I can't get my orders right because of this. Anyway to fix this?

We simply need to know your wholesaler and your account number. You can communicate this to us either via your salesrep/wholesaler or here, whichever you prefer. We are happy to review the logs and determine why your UI is messed up.

Not all of the text fits the screen. For example when trying to delete something when it pops up asking yes or no the yes option is completely off screen and there is no way to reposition the text.

Hi Anna we appreciate your input. That is usually caused by the zoom or font settings you have set on your device, but it also could have something to do with the specific device and OS you are on. Barcode scanner never focus. It stays blurry and can't scan the UPC. Please fix the issue
