Update: The developer provided a refund, I'm happy with the fast service, on a Saturday no less. Be careful on location you order from. The app let me order from my local location, which apparently doesn't have the equipment to take the online orders from the app. They charged me, with no way to cancel, and the store is no help.

Terrible. If you like to wait over an hour for pre-ordered food, go ahead and use the app. I could get through the drive thru 6 times in as long as my take out order took. Useless.
