It's a good app. But I believe it's missing a few features. 1. Like when you sign in with your employee #, if you made a mistake theirs no back button you can't scroll back off forward. There's only an (x) to delete and restart. 2. Back action is set to apple users. Android users are use to back button been used on the bottom of screen. So it's annoying or inconvenient to go to the left top corner to go back when you're a right handed person. I'll post more. Ran out of space!

The back button on the navigation bar does not work with this app, makes it hard when you only have one hand available. I can't sort by location, which would be very useful. This was an option before the fancy update. Randomly just doesn't respond. I'm connected to good wifi, but I have to switch to data. Or now I'm on data and I have to switch back to wifi for the app to respond. The app signs me out but I keep getting notifications, I have to sign back in and then hit log out

16 years of broken software equates to HotSOS. In it's long life, it's only had three title updates. It tries to push updates via internal software, instead of using Google Play so you constantly get "update application" forever. Not only that but considering it constantly logs off and sends orders to your device regardless if you are logged in or not, the only way to stop it is to "Force Stop" in settings. Overall for as much money as it costs, I expect better. Biometric log in would save time.
