Bihar Sugam Smart Meter is a smart app for pre-paid meter consumers. It allows you to track your electricity consumption in real-time as well as know how much balance is remaining in your meters. This new app lets you recharge your meter from home or on the go using the preferred payment method. The main features of the app include the following:

Worst experience. I recharged with official website of NBPDCL, I even got the receipt. But i got scammed. The money deducted, payment got successful still it didn't reflect in my smart meter. It's been almost 1.5 months since this incident . I'm complaining almost every week , calling 1912 , even went to the nearby office , but still the same. Didn't get my refund, they don't know how to manage these things but forcefully installed smart meter in every house. Worst app, worst customer service .

This application is not working properly. Loat of functionally issue. I am hilight one or two points. First one thing its validation is not working correctly and second thing mostly of time it's out of service. I will put * Star .

This app is not working goodly. We should not install the app .Actually, this isn't very important to pay money for recharge by this app. We should do recharge by Suvidha app. Suvidha app is very good.
