I have been using this apps to pay the bills since years ago but suddenly since last few months I was not able to pay but still can view the bills. Unfortunately starting last month im not able to view the bills. When clicked on view bills, there will be a pop up message "you have been plugged out". Kindly fix this issue so that i can pay my bill on time. * i log in from Saudi Arabia.

The nagware sucks ! Nagware, each time I look at an account it puts up a two or three nagware msgs to go paperless, which have to be answered with -Got it- ... This is unnecessary and annoying, as l look after three accounts. A single reminder when opening the application would be sufficient. This nagware completely spoils what is otherwise an excellent and useful application from TNB... Please minimise all advertising in applications. It wastes our time (and bandwidth).

Tried to cancel my electricity using the system since 26 April 2024, but got stuck. Application stuck with more than 12 times draft. Emailed several times customer support with contact number, no response for more than 1 month. Finally, they sent me email after 1.5 months, stating this had to be done manually. And they asked me to resend all my documents again via email, although I have submitted into the system so many times. Bad customer support. I am not sure what else to say.
