Ratings and reviews

The app and website does not work. I have tried multiple times to get hbo discount and every time it says promo code isnt valid. I emailed customer service and got new promo code and does not work. The home page freezes about 99% of the time or sends you to error page 404 etc etc. It used to work great. Multiple reviews say the same. Why are you guts not fixing this???

This app is so broken that it's basically unusable. The signup process was a literal nightmare that took days of frustration to finally get working. Now, when I'm trying to redeem the apple music for students, it redirects to nothing or to dead links and 404s, and it is impossible to collect. I'm so confused why any company would partner with a service that is so horribly broken. I hope they fix this application quickly. Otherwise, we will all graduate before getting any benefits from it.

I think it is great being a student and having discounts at your fingertips, but with the good comes a bit of a downfall. When using your student email it asks for verification over and again which was very annoying and time consuming. I eventually just wrote all of the stores down so I could see for myself without opening any apps through uni days.
