I use the app to book a car wash for a certain time and drop a pin at the exact location of my car. At the time i have booked the wash i'll recieve phonecalls and messages from crew that are 30 mins away asking me to send the location of my car. What's the point in booking a slot and giving a location if your crew can't make either of those things? Terrible, just terrible.

It was my first time to try it after downloading the app. I booked for a car wash one day in advance, the time of the car wash came but nothing changed on the app nor anyone came to wash the car. I called and they informed me I will get someone in an hour, again nothing changed on the app. I called again and they said the ninja on the way on the app it showed me the ninja location but he did not move for an hour. I have to cancel the order and wash my car somewhere else. Good I chose COD

Totally disappointed. Their service is completely restricted to certain places in dubai, I have tried ordering the service from multiple areas in deira and it shows the service is not available in my area. I also had hard time registering as the OTP didn't come through for the first 3 tries. Whats the use of all the advertisements if the service is not available?
