Until now the best Arabic food application! BUT there are some notes: 1. Work on delivery prices (high) 2. More restaurant on İstanbul (There are many, MANY in some areas, and there are only one or two restaurants in some areas) 3. Additional incentives and coupons would be nice.

Unreliable, I placed an order for breakfast and after an hour and a half the order was still in preparation. After trying to contact the customer service for the second time, I was informed that there was a "problem" in the app and my order wasn't received by the restaurant. Apparantly, lying to customers is the only way out for them. Imagine starting your day dealing with their lies like that; knowing that it is not the first time they are late and not the first time they lie. App Deleted

unfortunately they started good but later on they had the worst customer service, i order through apps and pay more because I don't like restaurants behaviour and the way they lie about estimated time, this app is using the same ridiculous way and telling you the order on its way although it's not , definitely not recommended and counted as a scam
