About this app

NBK IBG Mobile Banking application provides you with easy, convenient and secure access to your bank accounts, with a wide range of transactions, services & money management features in a simple user-friendly interface. The application will enable you to manage your accounts from your smart device, either mobile or tablet. Whether you are an NBK customer or not yet, you can benefit from the different banking features available.

If you are an NBK IBG customer, and already registered to the Online Banking service, you can login using your same credentials. You will just need to pair the device with your Online Banking profile. Now, you can start using the mobile banking application smoothly and enjoy the following features:

- Checking your accounts, loans & Cards balances & transactions
- Pay any due amounts for your loan/ Card in NBK or any other bank
- Transfer between your accounts, other NBK accounts, local & international transfers
- Check FX currency rates & calculate currencies
- Send and Receive messages to & from the bank
- Open new sub-accounts immediately
- Book new TDs/ CDs immediately
- Submit a quick Survey about the service
- Check out the “Finger Print” security feature!

If you are not an NBK customer yet, you can easily check out:

- The Bank “Contact Us” details
- Locate your nearest NBK “Branch/ ATM”
- Latest offered “Products” with the ability to apply for any of them
- Read the service “Terms & Conditions” from the “Information” icon
- Connect with the bank through its official “Social Media” pages/ links

The application is free to download, however standard wireless carrier data rates may apply. Please ensure you read and understand NBK Mobile Banking Terms & Conditions published on the bank website www.nbk.com and choose the required country.

Application update is very useful, it became faster, more secured. And the last update allows me to login with OTP instead of trusting the device from web internet banking. With all respect to poor rating, please re-think and use the latest updated version to get a better experience.

Very bad and poor user experience. Not all functions are working. Nevertheless, the app doesn't open anymore for the screen recorder issue, which I don't know how to fix and why it is an issue with your application, and only you

Not even working, so sluggish and crashes immediately. Horrible user experience and just completely useless Not sure even how the central bank is allowing such a thing. They are not even trying to fix it
