Once you select a barber you are locked in. I've tired multiple times to see if the user interface will let me back out to the list of barbers near me, but instead it takes me back to my phone's home screen. From there, if I fully close the app and reopen it, it remembers my last barber. Really annoying, because it's stopping me from shopping around and comparing prices/available bookings.

Hi there, sorry to hear about this, it sounds frustrating. We found that most people want to book with the same barber so we built the app to return you to the page of the barber you last looked at when you reopen the app. To return to the main search page of the app, click the magnifying glass icon in the top-right.

Unusable. Make sure you've plenty of time when looking for your haircut options because this app will take forever to achieve its purpose. Needing to register for each individual hairdresser to gleven view the times is horrendous. When pressing the back button at almost any stage it will knock you out of your barber selection and right back to the main menu, requiring login all over again. Terrible app.

Hi Alan, sorry to hear about this. Individual registrations are there for data protection reasons - each barbershop is a different business and this gives you more control over your data. Some barbers choose to show their times to people who are unregistered, others don’t. To return to the search page, click the magnifying glass in the top-right.

I cannot get this app to work. It loads for a second and I can start using it then suddenly it says 'error loading page' and I can't do anything. Very frustrating, a website option would be much more useful.
