Standard bikes – brand new bikes straight from the factory, nimble, face lifted and #ANEW for hire.

Electric bikes – a great change here too! Modern electric bikes are available throughout the Veturilo operating zone, and there are 3x more of them!

#TandemsAreBack! After a short break, tandems are back on the streets of the capital and invite you to ride as a pair.

The app is completely new, but rest assured - one thing remains the same, it is still child's play to use :)

The app offers quick registration and low prices, but I had several issues. Google Pay didn’t work, so I had to link my card. The electric bike I rented didn’t function as electric. I was charged after returning a bike, though support refunded me quickly. Lastly, a bike had a broken lock, and I couldn’t start or end the ride or contact support. The ride is still ongoing, and I can't rent another bike. I won’t be using this service again.

Update: Someone has now replied to my request for help. Use the Nextbike app! Original: Finally gave up and registered online. When I came back to the app, couldn't even input the phone number I registered and confirmed with...because the field refused to accept more than 4 digits, the same issue I had trying to register with the app. Emailed developer to give them an opportunity to help with the problem, no reply. As you can tell with all the reviews, I'm not the only unsatisfied customer.

I’ve been using this app for four years, and it’s frustrating to see that basic features like contact don’t work, while random things like showing unavailable bikes do. Luck!!
