Disappointed, I used to get a voice message and an email alert but since the changes, there is no voice message on my phone and I am not always able to ring Spark, and sometimes I don't get the email either so my messages are lost...the is very bad for my customer service, and it's embarrassing. I have tried to activate the phone messaging several times but I never get an activation code when I request one. Please Improve.

The app is a much more efficient way to check voicemail than the traditional method. The voice transcript is amusing, it's better than when it first launched but still has room for improvement. There's still a few quirks here and there but mostly it's a solid experience.

piss poor experience, stop working 3 yrs ago on an upgrade version on my note8, upgraded to s23 ultra and it still doesn't work, useless help from spark westgate and still waiting for response on raising this issue
