The app won't let me sign into my existing account. It's unable to reset my password as my email address doesn't exist, and it also refuses to let me start a new account as there is already an account associated with my email address. Is there a better definition of useless? 🤔

lost my basket 3 times, very annoying after personalisation. also, seeing the personalised message in the card was difficult, as I could only see one line at a time

The app is a good idea, but with so much to see, i would have liked more filtering options. I also needed to ask the seller a question but when I submitted, the app said there was a problem sending the message each time, so I had to go to the website to try again. After checking my emails I saw auto responses to all 4 of my attempts! Oops - poor seller has been bombarded.
