Customer service support is the worst. I was unable to input my credit card details (details not able to be saved in the app), so I emailed customer support. They asked to provide a screenshot (not sure what they are expecting to see since I can't input anything), but after sending them a screenshot, no response for two weeks. I want to buy from them but they don't want to sell, so goodbye.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PLANNING ON BUYING! I ordered for the first time on this platform and have yet to receive my order. The shipping has taken much longer than expected, and the tracking information has not been updated. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service for assistance, but their responses have been slow and unhelpful. They said the parcel had been handover to the courier, but the courier said otherwise. THIS IS A SCAM!!

Zero stars. Ordered a pair of adidas sneakers for >$300. 14 days later, the sneakers were still not delivered for authentication. Sent an email in and got a response that there was a defect on the shoe and I needed to pay 35 bucks more to get the shoe in the requested size. The company gave me 24 hours to respond after making me wait for 14 days. Asked for pictures of the defect. None were provided. Asked for a refund. No acknowledgement was provided. I have the emails to prove.
