Ratings and reviews

Bank account opened smoothly and with ease. But now unable to login. Everytime I am entering my aadhaar linked mobile number, it's showing me to continue the sim binding process. Keeps on happening month after month. Pity that I couldn't access my own account for a single time.

Online account opening is ok. But when you will try to close the account through this app and try to enclose some documents, this app crashes. I am not able to understand when account opening is online, why can't account closure be online without any paper work.

Account opening experience is awesome ui is smooth clean easy to use this app is loaded with features upto here everything is fine but major issue is they have only given the option to add money into your account through NEFT/imps there is no other option like through debit/credit card I hope management will do it in future if they changes this I can 100% say this will become the No.1 payments Bank by beating others like Airtel jio fino pv in terms of service
