Ratings and reviews

It is supposed that OFA takes data from central depository and display to customers. It is not so. If OFA mis a data on previous months unit purchase( which happen frequently), it will mis through out. Reason is cumulative unit data is not taken from central depository, but it is calculated by ofa. So beware of this app for mistakes.

its not opening since last week . i have tried soo many times to open tha app but it takes me back to the home page of my phone and its not being open from last 10 days. its a major issue please fix it as soon as possible

Too poor and too late to update. SIP records haven't updated even after a month. The 'help' section is bogus, doesn't redirect to any ticketing option but merely shows 1 section of Next CTA. ARN 243347 Fix this. Too bad UI and Backend updates sync are too late! Get a good IT team!
