Very poor app. The fact that you claim it is "the most advanced Mobile Banking app" is an over statement. The app user interface is very poor and you can hardly call it user friendly. Lots of the functionalities that were available in previous app are not available in both of the new on line and mobile app. It is either not available here or very hard to find in the apps. Usually IT developers do a dry run for any new app before launching. GBK failed in this one..

Just for the sake of force update ,you are giving the customer a wrong information even if the password is 100%correct you give an incorrect message making the customer frustrated and helpless that they end up updating the app. It's a wrong way to force users to do so by misleading them

The updated app is more streamlined and very user-friendly. However, I miss being able to check my bank statement without downloading a PDF, at least the last 6 transactions. Please bring back this option

Hello, you can get the account statement for one month with no need to download it as PDF, first you must log in, click on (More) on the account you want a statement for, then press (View transactions).
