I downloaded this app to place some mobile orders and earn rewards. But every single time I click Order and select my location, my profile comes up, and all the required personal info is blank, other than my first name and email. No matter how many times I go through the hassle of filling it out and clicking "Update", then try clicking order again, it just circles back to the empty profile for the required info. The only thing in the profile is my first name and email. This app does not work.

The updated app as of Apr/May 2024 is trash now. Doesn't remember any inputs (loyalty, phone number etc) and asks for it multiple times while opening the app, adding items, and checking out. Not worth using anymore.

App is completely useless after update. Try to order (or do anything else for that matter) and it sends you to your profile page. Rewards mean nothing if you can't order through the app. Uninstall.
