You can't change the par for holes, it's locked at 3

Hello and thank you for your review! You can change the par for holes by pressing the Manage button and the edit icon next to the course you want to change. I do agree with you that this can be made more clear, so I will add it to things I will look at for the next update.

It's a spread sheet with no maps

Well, yes, you are correct. Appologies if you had higher expectations, but there is no mention of maps anywhere in the app description precisely because there are no maps in the app.
The main purpose of Disc Golf Tracker is that it is simple, lightweight, and easy to use.
But if I am to add maps to the app I'll be sure to let you know!

Version 1.2.1 released, including filtering of played rounds, some more statistics, and bug fixes!
• Added ways to filter the list of rounds played
• Added overall statistics like total number of throws and rounds played
• Improved hole selection logic
• Fixed crash when trying to navigate to two places simultaneously
• Fixed expanded rounds behaving incorrectly if you had more than one of them expanded
