Work Health & Safety (WHS) recommendations in Australia, and health and safety entities around the world are clear; a before-shift forklift inspection must be completed by the operator to ensure the safe operation of the forklift. Up until now, this process has been mostly done by outdated carbon copy paper forklift checklists – but not anymore. With the MasterCheck forklift inspection app, you can do it paperless!

The MasterCheck forklift inspection app is designed to automate the process of the required forklift safety inspections every shift. Operators can now complete the forklift inspection audit and safety check, quickly and virtually on their mobile device or tablet and simply click “save” to have the record of that forklift inspection saved in the forklift log. Quick, simple and efficient!

In addition, operators can fill out and save Repair Reports, Accident Reports and Near Miss safety reports. Once filled out, the operator can even take a photo, and have it included in the forklift log. No more looking for lost paper reports – everything is automated.

Out of the gate the app doesn't work. The splash screen comes up and shows the spinning icon that makes you think it is working, but it never does anything else. We just started using this device and would really like it to work. Phone: Google Pixel 4a
