I've been trying to get into my account for the past 3 days! I thought I didn't remember the password because it wasn't working, and I don't know the smart card no. because I'm away from home, and there's no way otherwise to contact osn. When I finally do somehow, no response. I finally managed to get into my account by retrying the password, which actually worked! But now the app is not working; when I try to edit my account, the screen goes blank! Bad app and bad service.

A few weeks ago I got the new OSNtv box in addition to my current OSN receiver. Both seem to be working ok but I recently noticed that MyOSN app would not allow me to log in. I can login on the MyOSN web page on my laptop just fine but the My Bill section is blank for both the old OSN account as well as the new OSNtv account. I think when OSN started offeringa new OSN accounts with the new boxes some conflict issues with the loging in process occurred on the app. Mapping of users to acct.

Got contacted by their sales team to get a free osntv box and when I received it, all the channel that were part of my package got disconnected and when I try to reach for their customer service turns out there is none and only through email you can "reach" them which doesn't result in any support. Btw according to them am a "VIP" account too so hope that helps
