- Users will register an account for their company (organization). That account will be the company's Admin account. After successful registration, Admin will enter complete information about the company, create branches, departments, and employees.
- Each employee will have a separate account created by the company Admin or their department manager. Employees will not create their own accounts directly by registering for an account on our App, but will be created and provided by the company when they start using it.

- Company admin creates and manages branches, departments and employees.
- Admin creates and grants accounts to employees in this module.

- Create and manage training programs, lessons, tests and apply them to employees to study and take competency tests.

- Create and manage workflows. Each process will have steps to perform. Each step corresponds to a task that will be created and assigned to the employee to perform.

- When a job is initiated from a process, the app will create corresponding tasks set according to the process and assign jobs to employees.
- When assigned tasks, employees will follow the steps in the process. Their screens only show tasks that are relevant to them.
