Used to be amazing, the app has been changed, and now only a few of the most recent pics for each camera will load. If ALL pics could be viewed via the app again, it would be the perfect app! Cameras are great though. I have HORRIBLE reception where they are located, and yet they pick up service without external antennas, its amazing! They also take good and clear pictures. I used to use only WGI cams, as many other brands I've tried are atrocious, but I think I am sold on Browning cams

Similar to other users, I am experiencing increasing issues over time with camera syncing. It worked great at first, but a month after being out in the same location, issues are getting worse. I have the camera set up with a solar panels and camera indicates 100% battery power and good connectivity but I'm lucky if it syncs once a day, and notifications don't come through when the camera has new images. When it does sync, it's at random times not consistent with the schedule I set up.

Pictures don't load correctly or when made in hd. I have already reached out numerous times for other corrections (missing photos, app deleting the wrong photos/videos, not syncing correctly), but still deal with an app that is broken. Now the app wont load more than 10 photos at a time. I was told by support that with the latest update, the app should run better. This has been a major disappointment and I encourage others to not buy their products until they fix the ongoing problems they have.
