I was trying to download the photos. My print out didn't come with a "code" so I reached out to them and got this response: For viewing and downloading the photo, you need sticker ID (16 digit number) on the photo. If you were unable to find any sticker ID (16 digit number) on the photo, unfortunately you are unable to view/download the photo with PURIPIX. This type of problem could be occurred by the bad/unavailable communication network depends on the store/store location.

Unable to download any photos as there were no sticker ID printed on the photo. The size of the printed photo was super tiny and the promised of being able to download the photo was not being able to fulfilled too. Contacted customer service and they were unable to help at all. Super disappointed after a supposedly happy photo taking experience.

The fact that the sticker ID is not printed is probably a problem caused by the network.
Have you informed our support (support@puripix.com) of the specific facility where the problem is occurring?
Once we know the name of the facility, we will contact our partner company and try to remedy the situation.

EDIT after 4 months the team has responded! No offer of compensation for the photos lost and a very condescending response that I had to run through Google translate. I know how to use the app, I've had it for 3+ years. I'd appreciate actual help and possibly as I am leaving my review in English a timely response in the language I have chosen to leave my review in would be AMAZING!
