This App is awful. If I could give zero stars I would. It never loads and is NOT user friendly. Our previous bank,which was bought by this one, had a much better app. We have had nothing but problems with this. The ONLY way I can check my account is by going through a search engine. Even then the website is not user friendly and is prehistoric with its functions. Bring back the software from Pedestal Bank, the bank you took over.

This app is horrible! Is telling me to update my app with Play Store because it's not compatible with my Android phone anymore. I can't even check my account The Play Store don't have the new B1 app

I do a lot of online banking. I was informed my phone is not compatible with the new update. Cant afford a new phone. Please fix this issue ASAP
