Not worth the drama or the hassle. Had an event that this was used for, and it was supposed to be easy and slick, but instead the app itself is filled with bugs that should be addressed. Everytime someone tried to make an account, the emails wouldn't come through and often times the passwords that were just set up wouldn't work at all with several occurrences of password link invalid errors. Honestly the app is not easier and the best thing was to use a mobile browser. Don't waste your time.

Easy to find ways to add credit card information and modify it. But deleting is much more obscure. This is purportedly to protect the nonprofits they serve from...donors? In my experience people who give away their assets freely are pretty trustworthy. And even after I received confirmation of my contributions, and was told by IT support I simply had to "swipe right" it wouldn't allow me to delete without further IT support.

Thanks for sharing your feedback—we apologize for the frustration this caused. It looks like we were able to loop in the admins of the auction you attended and they marked your account as "checked out" so you could remove your payment method. We're looking into ways we can make this clearer for our nonprofit clients and their donors moving forward.

There isn't any way to delete a payment method, especially when an event is over. I'm a bit concerned about the security in this app. Also, it there are a lot of auction items, it's really a pain to scroll through the list, rather than do a search or be able to jump to an item alphabetically.
