About this app

This app allows mobile users of the Quartix vehicle tracking system to view their vehicles in real time while on the move. The app is free to download, but can only be used by Quartix subscribers. It has the following key features:

1. Vehicle list, to give a summary of all the vehicles to which the user has access, and their present location.

2. Live tracking, to show the latest location of a chosen vehicle in real time, as well as other vehicles in the area; alternatively, it displays the currrent location of the mobile device and the locations of vehicles based on this. The vehicle can be selected to be ‘followed’ by the app, and the map screen will automatically be updated.

3. Trip data, which shows the trips carried out on any day over the previous 6 months.

4. Driving Style, for Infoplus customers a daily driving style report covering speed and acceleration and braking behaviour.

Ratings and reviews

Phone updated lost ability to log on. This happens regularly with updates. It takes a while to get reinstalled. Please try and future proof as I'm unable to effectively manage vehicle movements. Thank you. (Still unable to log on after a week) New update on phone, back to not allowing me to even log on. System just throws itself out and not able to log in. System still works via desktop

I did find a way...If you open Quartix in Google, login and then click in the 3 vertical dots in the top right of your screen, ( I have a Samsung ), you can then 'add link to home screen' and create a shortcut while remaining logged in. It's not ideal I know, however it works just as well as the app. Hopefully Quartix can resolve the issue quickly and in the mean time you can still view your vehicle(s) / fleet. Hope this helps 😊😊

It's just not working, it keeps bouncing me out. I've uninstalled it, restarted my phone, checked my software update and still won't work. Cleared the cache as well. I can't even check on my fleet🤷‍♂️
