The app sucks when it comes to depositing checks. Sometimes it works, most of the time it takes several attempts if it works at all.. then it accepts it only to find out later that it was rejected even though it's perfectly clear and can read it perfectly.. then they are closed on Sat so no help. And you can't call any support line because they are not there because it's only during business hours.. plus you can only do limited things on the app..

Love this app for many reasons! Easy to deposit checks. I was able to open a new Christmas savings account with no problem, very easy to use. I've even nicknamed my accounts, for example: checking, Money savings challenge, Christmas savings and Regular savings account(the one you get when you 1st open your account)

I don't like your mobile app. Any. More no way to creat a user name and password like before just harder to use. So how do you create a Quest mobile app. Log in if you can not creat a user name and password at least I cant see how to. Has that stupid thing in middle of screen that's no help either. Was I suppose to set up a mobile app while in the Quest branch? Has to be done through them not online setup?
