Ratings and reviews

Everytime I open it to see how I can take the best route possible, the app is always unavailable. It crashes all the time. The only service available to it now is to see the stations of a particular bus route. Also your drivers cannot assist us to what route we should take. They keep telling to google it, I mean yeah. But aren't they should be knowledgeable to how they can tell us the right route? Also your bus most of the time arrives later than the time indicated in the bus stops

Earlier we could just type in Start and end station number and we get reliable routes. But now we just type the location(no stop number) and we get very confusing routes.Very bad experience with this App.Not at all user friendly
