First Step: enter the data related to the transaction in the App.

I tried to register using my passport because I don't have an ID or Cedula. I entered all necessary information but still I can't register because it keep on asking about an ID or CEDULA number which I don't have as I mention. I hope you can suggest something so I can register with red activa and avail their discount offer. Thank you and hope to hear from you..

Worse app ever. It won't update my identification details. I've been to the office several times, details updated in the system but app isn't updating.
