Two stars from the perspective of actually having an app versus my previous lender, but here's a suggestion that should be glaringly obvious: biometric/fingerprint access should not reset any more frequently than a mortgage billing cycle. That's one month. Any shorter and it totally defeats the purpose of the biometric option. Just like any other financial institution nowadays, I won't be holding my breath for this "oversight" to be resolved.

I don't like to give negative reviews, since I appreciate the efforts made to bring forth an app. However, as others have mentioned, this issue of forcing the user to change passwords everytime you log in is unacceptable. When the app works, it is nice, but this bug has being ongoing since day one. Please update/fix this issue.

App is extremely buggy. Fingerprint login does not work. Makes you reset password constantly. The user experience is very poor and frustrating to use. It needs to be updated and fixed.
