Routematic is an application to manage your daily office commute. Employees can create/modify/cancel rosters, track their vehicles, contact drivers and the helpdesk, raise SOS alarm through the app.

Re-evaluating my review after 2 years of usage. The app has some good features like tracking trip details, viewing live location of the cab, calling the driver, and submitting feedback about the trip. However the app is very slow and sometimes the phone app hangs (Android). The worst thing is when it hangs, it crashes the phone. There are other cab apps which work fluently like Uber, Ola. The team should optimise the app and fix performance and stability issues ASAP.

The home page in the app is now useless. The home page should have current/upcoming trip details. So that all needed info like cab number, OTP ect can be viewed at a glance. I'm using the latest version 6.8.3 Currently the trip details are shown in the My trip section, but it would be great to have the 1st trip from that page shown in the home page itself, so that I don't have to click one to two taps extra to see what's seems to be the most important info from the app.

Hi Dipto, apologize for the concern. Please update the application. All the current/upcoming trip details are present under My Trip section. Also cab details and checkin/checkout OTPs are also available under that. We are trying to make application more user friendly. Please reach out us at Support@nivaata.com for further. The services are not at all satisfactory. The drivers don't answer the call on time neither does the customer support. The admins aren't aware as to who is the vendor, the vendor has no coordination with the driver's where abouts and cabs assigned aren't even close to the pickup point, forget being there on time. The app also shows cab has left your pickup point even before the eta time. How does it even makes sense? No shows are also not available for the passengers.
