Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't show correct data especially on weekends; It's surprising that it still doesn't show option to put GTT or GTDT orders. Everyday one has to put new orders. The Help icon on 'Home' screen doesn't work. It's unbelievable to see these probkems continuing despite of multiple user feedbacks on similar issues

1. I do not understand how an app can be so pathetic that it does not show your own holdings on Weekends. 2. Funds transferred through Netbanking/Upi does not get updated instantly and does not show the updated balance unless you call up your RM. 3. The app takes a lot of time to load. Other versions of the same app Smc easy trade, Smc Ace 2.0 needs logging in the app with username and password/OTP each and every time you want to login. Please fix this.

Rate list of any trade is not refreshing in Android phone. We have to refresh so many time then new current value is show. In iPhone rate is refreshing in running time. Smc app not showing currently change of rate of trade. SMC ace is not compatible with Android operating system. In netpostion current rate which is running is not show. Other app of other companies working fine and show current rate of running profit and loss. Nifty current value is not show accurately. Due 2 problem m loss.
