This app works to deliver notifications. What i was hoping for was to be able to respond to emails, texts, and calls. Currently, none of that is working smoothly. When trying to respond via text specifically, the app will freeze, I'll exit and renter several times, but often it resend the same message to clie ts then freezes up. There is a lot of improvement to be made. The idea is great, and I have high hopes, but it isn't useful yet.

Mobile app is painful to use. Activity feed doesn't seem to be consistent and updated (compared to web portal version which I know is accurate). Navigating into different objects (e.g., calls, messages, settings, etc.) often takes too long or doesn't work at all (simply unresponsive). It would be great to have the app as reliable as desktop/web version because it's overall a great tool.

This app need not exist considering it's almost entirely useless and a total waste of saleloft clients time. It often doesn't load. Many important feature are unavailable.. I just wish it worked so I could call my prospects from mobile.. the app doesn't work 80% of the time when trying to pop in and dial etc.
