Faced repeated network issues in late 2020 and early 2021. Every time there was a power loss, I contacted the serviceman. Initially, he cited a power loss in our community's 2nd phase and mentioned backup batteries were requested. A month later, the same issue occurred; he said batteries were installed but lasted only 1 hour. Yet, when power was lost for just 15 mins, the network was down. Questioning the type and efficiency of the batteries used. Unsatisfactory service.

I've been using Excitel WiFi for several months, and my experience has been frustrating. The WiFi signal disconnects frequently, disrupting my work and leisure activities. Despite lodging numerous complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Each time I report the problem, the support team closes the ticket without providing a proper solution or follow-up. This lack of effective customer service and technical support is disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend Excitel WiFi to anyone.

I'm writing this review just after 2 days of subscription. They did my subscription but not completed installation. I'm following ground team and calling but they are not answering calls. No positive response from customer care also. Tickets raised but they are closing it without solving the issue. Worst experience. I'll not recommend this to anyone.
