You're app won't let me add any extra fees. Your website is slow as hell and wouldn't let me complete a payment because it timed out when loading. Everything else on my phone that uses internet and data is working fine, so this problem is on your end. Why am I fighting you guys every month to make a payment?? There shouldn't be this many issues everytime I try to pay. This is rediculous. It took over 10 minutes just to pay a damn bill online. But you have no problem calling 100 times a month

The spinning wheel of doom. That's all I see once I enter my login information. After some time, I will see a message that I was logged out for my security and I never fully accessed the app or performed any tasks. Horribly broken app.

Latest update won't let me into the application. I used the app just fine before the middle of May. I used to love the app. Now I HATE it. It gives me the spinning "loading" wheel when I know for a fact I'm entering the correct information. It also doesn't save my information even when I enable it to.
