Atrocious. This app needs an absolutely perfect connection, or you get stuck in a "connection time out" loop. If your signal strength drops by even a fraction, it refuses to send anything. Pictures are a vital part of the app's functionality, yet trying to attach even one picture to a work order is like pulling teeth. On top of this, if you have to switch screens for any reason, the app immediately kills itself, forcing you to start what you were doing all over again.

Since the last update, tech has been unable to upload pictures to any of the workorders. The app tells me that without the permissions, the functionality of the app will not work properly. I have called tech support on 2/28/23 about the issue, and nothing has been done to fix this issue. Horrible app, in my opinion. This is the most important thing for my corporate office to have, and the app will not allow me to add the pictures.

App always says I'm out of GPS range (with location data on), customer service/assistance line never picks up the phone, and wait times are atrocious. Everything about the service is garbage. Covid is not an excuse for longer than normal wait times, if the same essential employees are using the service regardless. If anything, there should be MORE people answering the phones...
