Sf is now pushing using the app to receive notifications about parcels, but their notification system is broken. Several times now, I have been notified about a parcel in a locker more than 24, and sometimes 48 hours after it was placed there. Each time, I then have to pay extra to retrieve it and customer service argues that I should have known since I have the app. Fix notifications before you start demanding customers pay extra!

Some international orders require item declaration in English. However, I couldn't input items in English without the system automatically selecting the Chinese names offered in the droplist (e.g. "Sticker" would be changed to "貼紙"), unless the terms I used weren't included in its database (e.g. "Sticker Pack"). Also, it would sometimes jump back to previous page without saving any changes. Please help look into these issues to make it more user-friendly.
