app keeps crashing at every attempt to open. have installed then reinstalled several times with no luck

I was able to load my IU tickets....seating and parking into my Google Wallet with ease!

The app gets stuck on the IU splash screen. I'm trying to run it on a Google Pixel 7 running Android 14.
